I have personally spent over 20,000$ at harbor freight over the last year or so not counting the years I’ve been a customer as well as an itc member … today I went to this location as well as Allentown on Broadway inquiring as to whether I could purchase an item and come pick it up the next day, which I have done before . Both stores told me they were unable to do this . Very disappointing considering the amount of $ I spend with this company … guess I’ll start spending a bit more $ elsewhere where they care about loyal customers and help them out a bit .. also doesn’t make sense because what if I had just not said anything and purchased the item then tried to fit it in my car and it didn’t ? We would be in the same situation.. just doesn’t feel right spending so much $ somewhere for them to act like that

Not Worth the Hassle – very bad Service I recently bought the TITANIUM Easy-Flux 125 Amp Welder from Harbor Freight for $149.99, along with welding wire. The store associate handed me the first machine on the shelf, which seemed fine at the time. However, when I got home and opened the box, it was clear the welder had been previously opened and not properly repackaged. I followed the instructions to try it out, but it didn’t work at all. I returned to the store within an hour to return the product, only to be told that they would either make me buy a different one or charge me a 20% restocking fee. I wasn’t comfortable trusting another product from them after that experience, so I returned it and paid the fee. I’m sure that welder will end up back on the shelf as a trap for the next customer. Very disappointed in how this was handled. For anyone looking for better customer service, I recommend going to Lowe’s across the street. They treat their customers right.

Frist time here 9/7/24 I was impressed with the set up and how well stocked the shelves were probably one of the best harbor fright in the area more room then the Allentown store and more Organized then the Bethlehem store on schenerville road will be back for more

let me just say this is the best harbor freight out their from tools to employees, the boy with the curly hair and tattoos up front and the shorter lady with black hair and glasses always ready to help whenever I come in thru those doors, congrats on opening and thank you in a well needed spot
