Manager was extremely rude and lazy, I showed up at 7:20 PM to pick up my tool box I ordered and the manager decides "it's too late to bring it out to me" and proceed to be extremely rude towards me saying it's not her fault I'm late, the store closes at 8 and there wasn't a single customer in the store. Never shopping here again, tools are junk, employees are ignorant and warrantys are almost non-existent at this store like they used to be. Wish I could give this 0 stars they don't even deserve the 1 star i gave them. I went on December 30th for the record

Every time I find something on clearance once you get there ( mins I traveled 40 mins ) cause the one near me didn't have it so I call another store and they said they had it there get there and they didn't have they did but it had a new bar code instead of getting the sale price I had to pay full price not the first time this happened I bought cause needed it plus I drove 40 mins crazy won't happy again

The manager or supervisor is unbelievable unhelpful and did not want to help me in any way possible but push me out of the store to get rid of me I brought to his attention. There was a mistake made on a warranty claim that I did back in 2023 on an air compressor. I buy multiple air compressors at this location and buy a warranty on all of them and when I found out that my warranty is no longer valid on the machine I have currently so I asked what’s going on and they can find nothing in the system about my warranty, but all they told me was it’s been exchanged When I told him I said, I should have a current warranty in the system for the machine. I have now two year warranty, so I looked back at all my records, and I found out that there was a mistake made a year prior and the Wrong warranty on the wrong air compressor I had two current active warrantees at the time of my 2023 exchange a 2021 warranty and a 2022 warranty and the end up using the most recent warranty so my old warranty ran out but that’s the one they were suppose to use as I bought in that air compressor that was purchased in 2021 so I brought in all my records third time I’ve been to the store showed him all my receipts, and all I got was a bunch of excuses and I am wrong. I even have a date stamped in my air compressor of when I purchased it.. (12-27-22 purchase ) i’m very surprised at their behavior. I was speaking to two people who told me nothing I was saying was correct. The fact that I spend money in there all the time I run a business is astounding. If They told me that there’s nothing they can do on their end, I can understand that, but tell me I’m wrong and there is no mistake made when I talked to the head office and they told me I was right and there was a mistake made please common really it’s so obviously, they don’t wanna honor their mistake.

Was there and bought several hundred dollars in tools. Awesome customer service from JEN. She was juggling but made sure she addressed my needs and knew where all the products were. I believe the date 1/25/23 all employees that day including cashier very helpful and very friendly. I have been a manager for over 42 consecutive years and would hire any of them. The culture today requires good reviews I will be visiting again to purchase because I am local and will highly recommend this store. It takes time to write reviews and sometime many are quick to find any fault not understanding these stores are a task to keep running thank you for the great team you have at this store.
