They have a great selection of items. They usually send a catalog out with all the deals. With a card, you'll get 20% off on weeks whenever they have sales. The staff are quite knowledge when it comes to helping customers. Whenever you come in, you usually find what you want to get the job done. Big ticket items are not usually on sale. Over all it's pretty clean in there

I have been a retail shopper, my entire life. I have never met the quality service professional. Like the store manager Matt at this store, she is the most remarkable human being. Most understanding capable of complex human customer service concepts.Resolve any issues you better would help me save my relationship with my most important client

Always a good experience at HFT. In general, they really do have quality tools at ridiculously low prices.I am happy with 95% percent of what I buy from harbor freight. This location always provides great support and customer service, as does the clifton park location.
