    I bought a simple micro torch from this store. You can see the date and time of purchase on the receipt and compare it to the date and time I am writing this review. When I got home, I discovered the micro torch was not working. I returned to the store right away, but the manager informed me that it could not be returned because it was a 'final sale.' However, there was no notice on the shelf indicating that the product was a final sale. I even took pictures after trying to return the defective item to prove this. I am currently remodeling my house and have spent a lot of money at this store, but that will not happen again. From now on, I’ll be buying my tools and supplies elsewhere. If you’ve had a similar issue with this store, please leave a comment to help others avoid the same problems.

    Clean organized store, not to busy.. LOTS of people eager to help. Although upon checking out we encountered a problem with our cashier not knowing their own store policy’s and sales and promotions which wouldn’t have been a big issue if it was only a small purchase but it wasn’t. Took me about 6 phone calls to finally get in touch with a sales manager named Chris who was amazing and definitely helped us out a lot. Wish we had delt with him from the beginning instead of having to drive all the way back down there 2 days later just to do a refund so we could select what we already knew was an option but wasn’t the first time we went in. In the end everything was resolved just make sure you do your own research and know what your supposed to be paying prior to going in.

    Love going to HF anymore. Beats getting the run around from Snap on and others. Plus the prices are more normal for same quality as the expensive brands. I had to warranty my rotary hammer and it was taken no questions asked. Better than I can say for Lowes, who wouldn't take a broken craftsman wrench back. Keep up the good customer service!!

    First time ever I had to make a return, The Manger Eric was kind, polite and helpful, our return/exchange was done in less than 5 minutes without any issues or trouble at all. Very pleased with the level of service provided here.

    I should have read the reviews about this store earlier. This "final sale" tag thing is unbelievable! There was NO information about NO RETURNS. I saw a yellow tag, I thought it was a deal. After I paid for the product, I learned that that was the last item in stock and that it would be IMPOSSIBLE to return/exchange the item if it was not working properly. I did not even leave the cashier/store! I asked if I could have my money back and leave the item, unopened. They said it was impossible because there was no such a thing in the system. I asked for the manager, he repeated the same nonsensical thing about the system not even having the item anymore (the item that was still in front of them). In the end, I learned the hard way that "final sale" was not some sort of deal, they were simply disposing of remaining items in stock and getting some money. I felt 100% gypped! BTW, this store needs a new manager who listens to their customers needs. If all we needed was a parrot who repeat the same procedural line over and over, then the customers would be better off with robots/self-checkout instead.
