Kiera was super nice and friendly but sadly her managers sat in the office behind the two way mirror watching her struggle with a line of 20 customers. Please someone at harbor freight corporate read this and do something about it. 3:14 pm 9/14/24 watch the video the two managers are worthless employees. Kiera should not work by herself.

This store is awesome! I met idk who she worked for either the store or corporate super sweet heart! She was up and queensbury helping getting store going and her uncle even had like a "bible" if u call of oringal catalogs and tools!......kingston is a further drive from me but i will never deal with the catskill store again, power trip bxxx runs it!

There is a brand new Harbor Freight Tools store in Kingston! If you have been to Harbor freight, you know what to expect, if not, definitely check it out. what you will find is a huge selection of tools, gadgets and so much other stuff at amazing prices. if you are looking for super high quality tools that will last you a lifetime, this may not be the place for you, but if you just need stuff to do the job at a reasonable price, you will love it. The store is fully stocked and there are lots of friendly employees around who can help you find stuff.

Store organized and much tools then anywhere else but workers not welcoming you and fill not existing to see you this location includes people shopping thier montal sick Please hire people know about tools, ladies working in this store so rude and nasty and racists, can read that in thier faces shame to see that behavior, childish sick atmosphere not going back there again anymore. I speak to manager finally he is the problem his is so rude then the employees he stand with this workers and suggested not see him or talk to him about the problem accurate with his work, that's shame to answer coustmers in phone to claim problem about employee behavior and behavior worst they watching everything through the cameras and you are guilty and lier about your right that the world we living in present time .

Worst customer service ever! Wasn't greeted and when I asked an employee a question I had to say "excuse me" twice and then she replied with a "what"? Even if you had the items I was looking for I honestly probably would not have bought them after the rude way I was treated. Upper management may want to do some retraining so their employees know what good customer service is.
