I pay annual membership fees, yet I was denied access to the restroom. I accidentally got grease on my hand while in the store and needed to wash it off. The restroom is locked with a code, and none of the staff were willing to share it. This is very disappointing and shows a lack of basic customer care. I expected better treatment.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience I had. I have always appreciated the products and services at Harbor Freight, but unfortunately, this visit left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. During my visit, I was assisted by an employee named Arturo, who I believe is of Latino descent and had a distinctive Mohawk hairstyle. Despite patiently waiting for over 15 minutes, Arturo continuously helped other customers without acknowledging my presence. At no point during this time did he communicate with me about the delay or offer any explanation for why I was being overlooked. I want to make it clear that had he communicated professionally or simply acknowledged my wait, I would have had no issue being patient. However, the complete disregard for my time and lack of professionalism made me feel as though I was being treated differently, possibly due to racial profiling. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their race or background. This kind of behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual but also on Harbor Freight as a company. I am asking that this situation be addressed, and that corrective action be taken to ensure this does not happen to others in the future. I would appreciate a response detailing how this matter will be handled.

I was at the store today,Tonnelle Commons.around 10:00. I'm 66 years old, and starter to have problems with my hands, I went to get 3 moving blankets.These blankets are kind of heavy.The supervisor at the cashier was so nice and help me folding the blankets to put them in my shopping bag. So wonderful, when you go to a store, and find kind workers like this young man. Unfortunately, I forgot the name on his tag, but what a joy.

Terrible attention I know Miss Alexa I don’t recommend at all she put me on hold for a guarantee until she attended everyone who were on the line and she didn’t care that I was in a hurry I think it’s a lack of respect for the rest of the establishment I think it’s very good

No CO2 refill ( as most of the google search suggest they may have because they are a Tools supply shop for welding). Try the Kegerator CO2 refill in a paintball shop. Welding shops may have exchange, but you have to trade in your cool keg co2 tank for a dirty one. That’s a not cool bro!
