I had an excellent experience at the Harbor Freight location in Windham, Connecticut. I purchased an open-box hydraulic table cart but realized I couldn’t load it into my sedan as I was en route to New Hampshire. The manager, I believe Robert, went above and beyond to help me out. He kindly allowed me to complete the purchase and held the item for a couple of hours until I could return with my truck to pick it up. Robert’s professionalism and customer care truly stood out. He made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. I’m incredibly appreciative of his kindness and attention to detail. Five stars! Highly recommend this store for their great staff and customer service.

I shopped today for an item I needed for work. I found an online coupon and that sealed the deal to shop at this particular vendor. The selection was excellent. I always like the online inventory to be accurate and it was. Kudos!

Great store to find anything you need for house projects, working on your car, ECT. Service could have been better when I asked a younger gentleman where I could find a stripped screw/bolt removal kit where he could not be of assistance and didn't know. 20 min later from walking up and down every isle, I found what I needed on the very last wall lol. Other than that they were friendly and have great prices🔥

Harbor freight prices have always been great. The quality was lacking in the early days. I have a lot of tools from harbor freight. Their ICON series are very good. I have their 1/2 torque wrench. Works as good as any other brands. I do find their electronics tools to be lacking. I have bought several tools like saws and cutting wheels that were junk. I returned them the same day. That said, they accept returns without question. So I would say, don't be afraid to purchase these tools. Most times they are fine and if you are not happy, they will take them vack.
