Too slow as they don't want to keep all the lanes open. Good for small projects as tools are way cheaper compared to Lowe's and home Depot.

A testament to the slow death of brick and mortar stores. I arrived to a mostly empty store and almost trip on a cart carelessly left in the aisle, I grab my insignificant 9.99 item and go up to find a register. Being my first time in the store I looked around for a self checkout, didn't see one, went back what I thought was the start of the line only to be chided like a first grader by the only cashier for not standing back far enough. I dropped my item off in a nearby basket and left. I went home and ordered the same product on Amazon for 3 dollars less. I've worked retail for 7 years when I was fresh out of college. I get it, it's hard work nobody respects and you don't even get paid well for it; but don't take out your lousy mood on random people.

Visited today to review tool selections for a live edge table project. The staff was kind enough to point me in the right direction and provide some tips for alternative tool sets. It was my first visit in five years and I was quite pleased to see the place thriving and fully stocked. The dedication of a space to woodworking projects was also nice to experience. Looking forward to my next visit.

Was told I can come in a few minutes before but when I got there, and I was speeding, just to get one thing I already had set aside in the aisle, they wouldn’t let me in. Was told it’s okay over the phone multiple times. Then got there a few minutes before as I explained and they wouldn’t let me in. 45min drive. 1 thing. So much for customer service. 2 minutes would’ve been enough time to get one thing with people still inside.

Its therapy to wander the aisles and check out all the tools i never used before...i dont think you can go wrong here...guarantee products and prices are usually affordable.
