My experience with this store is never good. It is constantly challenging and stressful to walk into the store. The owners are husband and wife and they are the rudest people You will ever meet. As soon as you ask them a question it is an instant negative reaction from the both of them. They gave my package to someone else who allegedly had the same name as me but when they asked her what is her name she stayed silent and proceeded to give my package away. It was a sentimental gift as well so I was very upset. I did not ever raise or make a scene with the owner / wife of the place but she was up in arms and getting close to my face as if she wanted to hit me, and tying her hair up ready to fight. This is just one !!! Experience!!!! Not to mention the others where the owner is so nasty and rude to you. Avoid this place at all costs. Very unprofessional. They need to be closed down.

I had been a loyal customer of this hardware store since it opened, frequently using their services, including just recently getting a copy of my keys made not an hour before this incident happening. However, my latest experience was beyond disappointing. When my sister went to pick up her package, which was a birthday gift to her from someone who is deployed overseas, she was told it had been picked up and given to the wrong customer. My sister was perplexed and began to cry because of the sentimental value the gift was to her. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the female business owner became verbally abusive, yelling at my sister and even tying her hair up as if preparing to fight. When I went to at least capture an image of the person who picked up the package that ironically had the same exact name as my sister according to her ID, the male owner also began shouting at me in front of 5 customers, which was completely inappropriate, especially since I’m a 19-year-old female simply trying to retrieve my sister’s birthday package. It’s disheartening to be treated this way by a business I’ve supported for so long, and I will never return again.

The Owner is this Store is Mean and Rude and he sees women Less Than Men A few days Ago I bought a hose for My Portable Washer I does not work well it Leaks and He told me I was Able to get my Money back or Exchange it He Happily took the Money when I bought it now he is Looking for Any Reason not To Exchange it Because I am a Women El Machismo Please do not Buy anything in this Place They Refuse to Exchange or give you back your Refund if whatever you buy does not work or you cannot use. It , The owner is Very Nasty and Rude a woman Hater!

It was 6:50PM the owner did not allow me to enter to pick up my UPS package. This store should not be a UPS access point. I told him the package is something I needed urgently as it has important documents and I was blantly ignored.
