The owner knows everything. Locksmithing, lighting, electronics, tools, plumbing. If you need advice on nuclear technology, do not call Einstein's descendants. Call Randy's hardware.

Randy's is a great local small business- their staff is very knowledgeable and provide sound advice. I had a super positive experience this week when I need some parts to hang a mirror. The price was right and I got satisfaction from supporting one of Long Island's best small businesses which has been a fixture in Roslyn for decades! Thanks Randy's!

Stay clear of this place unless you want to get ripped off. Employees are sour and complain how they don't want to be there. Very bad attitude plus they don't know anything about being a lock smith, unless its just making keys. Owner is useless and with the same attitude. The culture there is horrible. The ruined a easily fixable lock, made it worse and wanted to charge to repair what damages they caused. The attitude is that there right, and the customer is wrong. I will never go in there again. Find a customer friendly Lock Smith elsewhere.

Very unprofessional and dishonest. I mistakenly paid an extra $10 when I was paying at the cash register but the cashier didn't advise me of the mistake and kept his mouth shut. I immediately noticed the mistake being a mile away so I returned back and I found the "owner" claiming his name is Tony. As I'm explaining the mistake I did to the "owner" so he could check the camera. I thought the owner would resolve this issue in a professional manner but again I was mistaken. The He completely disrespected me and used profanity and threatened he would kick me out the store (I was SHOCKED) but I kept cool cuz I'm not putting myself this low for $10. Bottom line is this business is not an honest business and I will never do business with them again. I'm glad it costed me $10 to see this business honesty. Saved me tons if money would have been spent here who knows this could have been much more. I will report them also to BBB and I hope anyone who has a similar experience to leave an honest review of this business.
