**LACK OF TRUST IN CUSTOMERS** Disappointed with the store’s return policy (and this is not the first time). I bought a Torx screwdriver to fix my dryer at home only to realize it was too large, hence went back and wanted to exchange for a smaller one. However, I was told they didn’t allow for returns of ‘hand tools’ which came as a shock as I’d never seen return policies like this. In my case, I was obviously unable to bring my entire dryer to the store in order to find the right screwdriver, and I ended up not getting a new one for fear of getting the wrong size again. I understand some customers might buy hand tools, use them once and return to game the policy, but the generalization of this lack of trust to all customers resulting in such a restrictive policy is just disappointing to me personally, which is unfortunate because I like many other aspects of this store but won’t be visiting again due to this instance. It’s worth noting this was not the first time - last time I bought a water bucket that broke immediately upon first use and they didn’t allow me to return, either. I gave it the benefit of the doubt back then but oh well 🤷🏻‍♂️

This is a one stop shop for all your kitchen, bathroom, and home needs. This got absolutely everything. The price is ever so slightly higher than if you were to go to Walmart online but not too bad for the area its not too bad. The staff is so kind and so helpful. The aisles are narrow since it's a small space with ALOT of stuff to look at and can be overwhelming. If you love home goods this is going to be heaven for you.

Really cool hardware store. Packed with all of the home essentials you may need. Came here to buy some paint brushes, and left with a bunch of other stuff for my apartment. Staff is friendly and helpful.
