The best and friendliest service in brooklyn

The store is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. There's a very nice variety of housewares, hardwares and much much more. Always enough staff to help out even during busier seasons. They never give you the feeling that you're being annoying even when other stores would. Highly recommend!

They are a great convenience to have so close to the train. They make keys on the spot, they have all kinds of housewares, dishes, and all types of utensils marked for kosher use, either red or blue. Even more, they have a keilim mikveh on site.

This place is Terrible. They charge a flat fee of $35 to come out which seems fair. They gave an estimate on the phone that led us to believe that it should be less than $100. The locksmith was here and was able to open the door in 2 minutes, then turned around and charged my wife $200 and refused to give a receipt. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
