This place is an absolute joke. We purchased a final drive from them and it failed right away. They sent out a replacement and it failed as well. We returned both finals and was told a refund was coming. I have called more than 20 times and left more that 10 voicemails. Please dont ever do any business with Chris Long. Unfortunately, the attorneys have to get involved now.

I personally shipped many items for Empire Tractor Parts. I truly thought they were great guys until they didn't pay for the last shipment. This came out of my pocket! $1,850. Steve, Anthony or Chris Long refuse to answer emails, calls or texts. Anthony was the nicest and did help me get payments when I asked. But now it's been a year with no answer. It's just awful they have done this to so many people!

Great parts at affordable prices with fast shipping. BUT IF CHRIS LONG SENDS YOU THE WRONG PART, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND FOR IT unless you keep on him for it!! He will NOT respond to emails or phone calls!!!! USE A CREDIT CARD SO YOU CAN GET A REFUND FROM THEM AND THEY CAN COLLECT IT!!!
