Consistently misrepresenting themselves as a WBE (woman owned business) when in fact the "woman" is simply the real boss' mommy who works less than 2 days per week is only part of the problem. As someone who has worked with Scott Director, I can say that this business should be avoided at all costs. Not only were the dishonest on several occasions about charges, prices, restocking fees, change orders etc. but the customer service quality of the business deserves negative stars. Scott, Steve and Susan are reprehensible human beings. Not only have my numerous phone calls, emails and letters been ignored on multiple occasians but on at least a dozen occasions I have been verbally attacked or spoken to like I was stupid. I don't know how many other door companies are only Long Island but this business, however "nice" their doors are - is filled to the brim with sour people and even worse business sense. I hope I did this right.
