I like to shop in smaller stores where I can find things with ease and where I can get help if needed. Kayla, Time and Drew went out of their way to help me find what I needed and if it wasn't in stock, told me where I could find it. I love when the staff walks me right to the aisle I need. Delighted!

This was the second Ace we visited that day and we received such great help from a young man named Austin to cut a new car key for us. The first store gave up quickly but he was determined to make it work for us and find a way, which he did. He was helpful, friendly and knew what he was doing. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received here yesterday and would absolutely drive the extra 10 minutes to this store over a closer one after the experience. Thank you Austin!

Each time I shop here, they always have what I need. The staff is always very helpful. The store is also very clean. A+++

Very often items are out of stock or in the wrong place. Especially when looking at screws or plumbing hardware. Once or twice is bad luck. More than that it’s bad management and it happens ALL THE TIME at this location. It’s very obvious that no one is doing regular inventory maintenance. They only ever have 1 - 2 people on staff. They’re generally helpful and cordial, but it’s a wait to get help. I even had to wait to return an item because the cashier was “not authorized to do returns”. What kind of retail management doesn’t train and trust their employees for $13 returns?! I want to support a local hardware store, but it’s so difficult. The ACE hardware just 5 minutes down the road in Copaigue is bigger, cleaner, well staffed and well organized.

Jay was such a pleasure ! What a brilliant young woamn! She helped me find the closest shade of mahogany I could find! I wouldnt be surprised if shes running this store some day
