I love my our local Costello’s ACE. They’re always really friendly and the store carries a lot of products I can’t find other places. It’s great having a locally-owned hardware store that also allows for on-line ordering, if needed. I’m a big fan!

Absolutely great customer service their, super caring staff that helped me out immensely with getting just the few materials I needed for constructing a cat house for over the winter. I still really appreciate everything they did to help me out so much in general and because the house is now being used and Im so happy about that.

I rarely go at this Ace Hardware, but when I do, it's to pick up online orders. The store is conveniently located and always well-organized. The staff are efficient, making the pick-up process smooth and hassle-free. Great spot for quick and easy order collections.

Excellent stop at Ace Hardware in Princeton to get a couple of keys made but I'd thought I'd check out the store while I was there and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted at the door by a very welcoming employee for starters and then immediately escorted back to where the keys are cut. In minutes I had my 4 new keys but then took a few moments to wander around and find this store is a bit different than a typical hardware store. They sell upscale cutlery, quality pots and pans, Meile vacuums, bike helmets, garden necessities to mame a few things. Their paint department is excellent as they sell several quality brands of paint one being Benjamin Moore. The staff was extremely knowledge and very friendly. All in all a great place for your paint and hardware needs! Please see my attached photos!

I bought an item from this location a week before my expected delivery date which was supposed to be Sunday. I specifically scheduled the delivery for this day due to a birthday event. The website clearly allowed me to choose my delivery date, one of those days was Sunday. Then Sunday came and there was no gift delivered for my father celebrating his milestone birthday. I called numerous times with no help and explanation as to why this happened. This is not a small item we’re talking about, I spent nearly $400 with this store. No apologies whatsoever, and the delivery date is now Wednesday, 4 days late. Buyers beware, completely unprofessional, and extremely disappointed. UPDATE: Upon Ace reaching out to me, they were able to explain what had happened, and apologized for the inconvenience. I can appreciate a store that owns up to their mistakes and tries to provide good customer service and experience. Thank you Scott for your time and effort to making this right. We will surely continue supporting this local business and you should, too.
