This store is NOT good for our community. It’s a take it or leave it shop pushing high margin item’s on the largest scale they can squeeze. This place is Definitely the Last place of business’s on my list to buy from . . . Although they have a fair (not moderate) selection of pretty much any homeowner hardware but they also sell Inferior utility tools at astronomically high prices compared to longstanding Real Hardware stores. I surmise that most hand tools are domestic but yard gear is imported from third world countries or low quality vendors. Their metal rake’s are horrible; good rake- poor handle and when you use it for an hour the handle breaks. I bought five for my helpers, two handles broke within minutes and when you bring one back they promptly say that I didn’t buy it there until I produce receipt and customer history and they compare to rakes they sell. They do replace the same only for the handles to break in same position by merely a few strokes. I now have two out of five good rakes and really don’t want to hassle with them anymore so I will go to Kings Park or Greenlawn Hardware for the same. They are also grossly over priced but when I need a brass fitting to remedy a problem they usually have what I need without driving to a plumbing supply 7 miles away. Their management is typically absent and the last time I dealt with one I found him to be somewhat foolish. McDonald’s like non - experienced cashiers

This store is great, employees are always eager to assist any issues I have and are always helpful in finding things I need. The other week, I needed something delivered to the store and they were able to get it done in a timely manner.

Super nice team of ladies who work together to get you what you need. Who needs men in this type of retail environment. All were super friendly.

I was having difficulty finding a particular item at other stores and called to ask if they sell it. They said yes. When I arrived at the store, I asked what aisle the item would be in and they told me they don't carry it. Total waste of my time.

Selection is decent, prices are acceptable. Staff is friendly. It’s nice having an ace close to home.
