We just got delivery of our Weber grill a few minutes ago…and my goodness is it beautiful!!! I know it’s just a grill but that blue is something!! I actually came on to do the review about the great service we received from start to finish. The knowledge of the staff to the delivery from Bruce and his colleague. I mentioned to Bruce we visited a big box store previous to going to ACE. He asked me why we decided to purchase the grill with them. I mentioned to him that the other store wasn’t knowledgeable about the grill as I asked a couple of questions. The gentleman that assisted us at ACE was friendly and knowledgeable which made it much easier for me to make the purchase! Delivery was great! Bruce and his colleague were very nice, gave me some pointers about my new grill and placed the grill where I wanted it to go. Because of the overall service I received, I intend to purchase a few more outdoor cooking appliances from them. Thank so much! Ps. I found out that this BLUE is exclusive to ACE!

I've been to this Ace a few times, and I've always enjoyed getting direction and advice from Jim and Bruce. They're pleasant and helpful, and they don't mind how basic my knowledge is and how many questions I ask. This time around, I knew what I was looking for, so I was in and out, but as usual, it was an easy-going, beneficial experience. Josh was also friendly when checking out. I feel comfortable coming to these associates for help

Update: I sent them an email explaining everything and the manager Michael and Alex from the paint department made it right. I really appreciated them stepping in and taking ownership. ——————————— Do not use the paint department. Talked me into a specific paint that now doesn't work for what I need it for. Was told to come back and exchange it on the off chance it doesn't work. Tried that this morning and person who sold me the paint isn't in for the next 3 days and person working today told me "sorry I can't help as I wasn't there". Also called beforehand about a specific paint I needed and was assured multiple times on the phone that it was available only to come to the store and be told that it has to be ordered and is in fact not stocked.
