Went to this location to cut a key. I went to several other places and was told that they did not have the machine to cut this particular key. This was the only location for miles that was reccomended. The cost was exceptionally reasonable. The service took only 5 minutes because I had to wait for another customer that was being helped. Overall it was a good experience.

I went to purchase some products and found the white employee in front of me to be unhelpful. (He didn't even go to the shelf, just repeated “we're out of stock”.) Maybe so, but the other employee was friendly and seemed to want to help. I made my purchase thanks to him, but my checkout was helped by that white employee. Everything was fine, until I bought a bunch of them and asked for a bag, and he threw the bag away. Why did he throw it away? I'm Asian, and I don't want to go as far as racism, but would the same white person have thrown it at me? If he did, it's a matter of attitude. If he didn't, it was racism. Either way, I think it needs to be fixed, but he's an adult. Will it ever be fixed? It's hard to fix babies in kindergarten, isn't it?

A great store to have in Great Neck..Manager Ellie is so very polite, friendly, very helpful and very professional.. The store is always clean and always has what I need.. Cory is awsome..Always a big smile, ready to help, so very polite and pleasant..Great Neck is not an easy crowd, but this team handles everyone with good manners, and finesse. Thank you both for doing such a great job and for being in our town.

9 time out of 10 will have what you need in stock without going to HomeDepot. 10 times out of 10 can order and have shipped to store. Great in stock plumbing supplies too. With constant coupons better prices than other stores as well.

I was there early on Sunday morning. I had to ask for help and the enployee was rude and said she's the only one there. She was clearly not ready to open the store and was doing it after the store opened. Furthermore, I brought a bolt with me and she still gave me the wrong thread and I couldn't finish the project.
