Bruce is nothing short of amazing. I never leave Costello’s Ace without knowing my next steps. Wish inventory levels were higher but if you have any questions, need any advice any guidance, go see Bruce.

Ask for Bruce the Manager. He’s always gracious, patient, and very knowledgeable is many areas on home projects. He took me step by step on a plumbing issue and I Aced the job. Saving me $100’s because if it weren’t for him I’d never be able to do on my own and Id have to call a Plumber. Thank You Bruce. You’re a Rock Star ⭐️. Cathy.

Needed to pick up a couple of things for a home project and as usual Ace did not disappoint. They somehow managed to have everything I need, no matter the project. I always find this staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable about what I'm trying to do. And I appreciate the extra support. I love this Ace location and the folks who work there!

Unbelivable customer service. I went there for a thermostat and was not sure about the compatiability. So someone came to help me out and we spent almost 30 min to find a thermostat which supports line voltage. I was amazed by the patience and willingness to help. This is very hard to find these days. Highly recommended.
