The store is always clean and the products are easily located, due to the catergorization at the end of each isle. The prices are fair and the quality of products is impressive. The associates are a eager to help with questions or concerns. Its typically a pleasant experience to visit Ace Hardware Stores.

Very nice large store but terrible customer service. Needed rock salt. Not one employee asked if I needed help. I asked one person who spoke little to no English. I asked another man who said, " go through those doors in the back." Not one associate went in the back to ask me what kind I needed or, for that matter, help me carry it. Very disappointing. I won't be returning

Came here to get a new car key since mine was broken. The key still worked, but the casing was broken and falling apart. James was awesome and tried to help me fix it, and even came out with me to test the "new" car key. To fix it, he cut a new key, got a replacement casing, and used the old electronics and buttons. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite a fit, but I wasn't charged, he put my old key back together, and he ordered more keys so we can get this matter resolved. He said I can call the store and ask for him to see if the keys are in yet, and he said he ordered extra as well so I'm confident this will be taken care of very soon. I'm very thankful for the time James spent trying to help me and the service here. Thank you, Costello's!
