I came to make dublicate/copy of a key. They told me they cant today, tomorrow only. I paid for that and they told me to come between 1pm and 3 pm. I checked back several times about that info. So tomorrow shop was closed at 2:15pm, nobody answers phones. I came again at 5:45pm maybe it was misunderstanding and the same) shop closed, nobody answers the phones. I lost my money because of that and i still need to receive my keys. They just stole my money and key at the moment) "awesome" service

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this store. They have a sign stating that unopened goods can be exchanged within 7 days. Today, I bought a showerhead and decided to exchange it just five minutes later, but I was met with a refusal. The salesperson laughed and said, ‘it’s not my problem, we don’t do refunds.’ The item was completely sealed and in its original packaging. Such behavior is unacceptable. I will no longer consider visiting this store and believe that this attitude could negatively affect the reputation of your business. Please respect your customers and adhere to your own rules.

Got a bunch of keys copied and they all worked really well. Then I realized that I left my actual keys (which I didn’t make a copy of every key) at the place. I called and they said they have them and to come by. I’ve been going everyday for 5 days straight before 7 (and earlier each day) and they’re closed even before 5. I can’t even check my mail. Then they stopped answer their calls for 4 days now and today the calls don’t even go through. It was my only copy so not sure what I’m going to do but this is absolutely ridiculous. How do you just close whenever you feel like it

This is an amazing shop. I have been there several times and have had an excellent experience each & every time. They have been in this neighborhood for almost three years and I hope they're there for many decades to come. It's a family-owned business, run by husband & wife, who are both very friendly and helpful. The husband, Simon, is a jack-of-all-trades and great at what he does. He always goes out of his way to help his customers, and his vast knowledge never ceases to amaze me. If he's not at the store he's reached on his cell phone and will come back when needed. The hours are good; they are very respectful of the religious community around them, thus closing early on Fridays and all day Saturday, while being open on Sundays. You'd be surprised how much they have in stock, and are willing to order something a customer wants if possible. They also make all types of keys. I highly recommend this hardware store to everyone.
