Well organized store with a wide, albeit not necessarily as deep as the big box stores, selection of items. But they carry enough to be of great use to the local community. Prices can be a bit high, but that's somewhat offset by the fact that they have promotional stuff that are competitive

Brinkmann's has wonderful employees! I brought a spotlight in the other day that needed batteries and after we put them in it still wasn't working. Mark spent quite some time working on it and together we figured out (well, mostly he did!) what was wrong and by the time I walked out my very expensive dive spotlight was not only working perfectly, but much improved as Mark suggested changing out the halogen bulbs for LEDS and then altered them a bit to make them fit properly. Now, that's really good, old fashioned service-seen almost never these days. Go to Brinkmann's-they'll help you FIX your things; not just suggest throwing it away and buying a new one!! Bravo Brinkmann's and especially Mark!! Thank you.

Had a wonderful experience at Brinkman’s in Glen Cove. Abby and Mary went the extra distance to help identify and replace batteries on remotes inherited from a recent home purchase. Incredibly helpful and attentive.
