Awful owner he mad a mistake when cutting keys. When I returned to get the correct keys cut he informed me it was “impossible that a mistake was made because he it’s never happened to him”. Refused to fix the problem he created. Avoid this place!

Bad business. The guy said to buy and if you don't need it you can return it. We tried to return 1 item after 10 minutes from purchase. He became very rude and didn't give us a refund. We tried to help small business but is impossible. You better of buying from home depot or Benjamin moore.

They're buying things from Harbor Freight, cutting them in 3, and upselling each third of a set by double the price of the set. This is one third of a $9 HF set being sold at $15. Seems illegal to me. The guy is also incredibly unpleasant. It's worth going a little further to any other shop.

Way over priced and doesn’t offer help to find anything- they just pointed to the corner and I had to dig through a mix of stuff only to find out they want five bucks for an electrical box that the big stores sell for 1.98. I can see paying 20% more or even 30% more but 150% more? Nah. I’m a local handyman and won’t be going back ever.

Worst local store to go shop… They don’t fit in the community and has crazy store policy that does not make sense at all. We ordered 8ft fluorescent light bulb and the store person sold 6ft instead by his mistake. We went back to store for exchange but store refused !! This man said … I have 8ft for sale but not for exchange….. CRAZY!!!! We did not ask for refund or return… more over this was “store mistake sold a wrong product”. Most of the products that sell are available on “online” that can arrive next day these days and flexibility to exchange or return. Don’t spend time to go this CRAZY store to stress you out …. Suggestions to the store: If you want to keep this stupid store policy, at least place it somewhere visible to all the customers.. not high up by the ceiling surrounded by obstructions. No one can see!!! One more message to the owner, you should just fire that man who is very unprofessional and rude… you will lose business otherwise.
