My son was shopping at your store last evening. He heard one of the customer service men say “this guy has been in here for 15 minutes, what’s he doing! “ How rude! He brought his items to them , and was ignored because it was more important for the cashier to be on his phone then to help a customer. My, son left his items and walked out.This has happened to me several times, the only person there that is helpful is Floyd, the paint guy! You’re losing business, having employees that are rude and lazy!

I've been a loyal customer and spent alot of money at Bellevue Builders over the last 25 years. You were a great local hardware store and always seemed to have all my home project needs and good customer service until lately. Seems like the changes over the last year or so are for the worse you went from a great hardware store / lumber yard to what ever you have become. Such a shame good luck with your new business plan looks like I'll be using Home Depot / Lowe's ! 🤔

Not that bad over night parking , lot of space to park drop trailer they call you over the phone no office, app 6pm check in 6:15 check out 9pm Some of them take longer but no lamper service 👍

Jim DeCaro walked us through all the steps (pun intended 😆) of our project! Friendly, fast, and proficient, have used in past and will continue to use again for their reasonable prices and speedy fulfillment even though we are an hour and a half north. Definitely recommend! A+!

Do they have everything in the quantities of the big box stores? No. Do they have what you need? Probably. Does that come with that personable small town mom and pop hardware store vibe? Yep. For all my DIY projects I come here first. Usually saves me a trip and the workers here are just good salt if the earth folk who know what they are talking about.
