Great place to have keys made

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. BUT if you must, please pay close attention to your items priced at the register. The worker (older dark skinned man) has a tendency of overcharging items all the while distracting his customers from what he's actually charging them. To add insult to injury, he also charges a 5% surcharge if using a debit or credit card, There’s a sign right behind the cashier of there being a 3.5% surcharge but on the receipt it never shows the calculation of the 3.5% just some random figure which they enter into the system not the system calculating it. The receipt shows nothing of this, no breakdown of the total amount, just what was charged on your card. This store scams their customer so be aware when shopping here. The only Indian dark skin man and the fair skin man overcharges their customers so be aware and Che l your receipt and make sure every item you purchased is what you were priced for. As an experienced shopper, I quickly caught on to what he was doing, pretended I was not paying attention , and after I finished paying, checked for my receipt, checked my bag and then asked for a breakdown of my receipt. He claimed he placed it in the bag but all I saw was my credit card receipt so I asked for a copy. After getting a copy of it, I reopened my entire bag with all items in it and asked to match the receipt to my items and then asked for the mngr. His excuse on overpriced ALL my items was "I can't see the price marked on the items the numbers are so small" all the while having his glasses on. I asked for my money back and never returned.

Asked for an item I couldn't reach. The guy was eating his breakfast and seemed to have an attitude about getting his stepladder to go get it. The price on the item was good, though.

Very knowledgeable store owner. Doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. He has always been on point with his help and advice. Highly recommend!!

The customer service at this hardware is very unprofessional plus the owner is straight up nasty & curt,am suprised how he's even in business in a predominantly black & hispanic community I believe he also owns the variety store on Allerton & Holland ave,hopefully he goes out of business, I def won't be going back there.
