Absolutely unprofessional, overpriced and rude behavior. I called they guy to fix the lock instead of fixing my lock he installed a new lock saying it’s super safe lock without asking me if i wanted this lock and without saying how much is it and after he did that he said it costs $175 which is insane. After 3 month this lock is not working and I need to find someone who can fix his unprofessional work. Taking advantage of people in the emergency situation.

Alexander hardware is a great go to store for all your hardware needs , they have been a staple in the neighborhood for close to forty years , there service is old school and there staff is very knowledgeable, and there prices are very reasonable

I lost all my house, office and car keys and was devastated. Thankfully, I was referred to Alexander’s Hardware. Alex is the owner and a master locksmith. He truly is an expert in his field. He and his staff were able to re-create all the keys for my house, office, and a remote for the car. The cost was way less than what it would have cost at the car dealer’s. The store has the ability to recreate remote car keys for different car models, as well as garage remotes and fobs. I highly recommend the store for all your locksmith and hardware needs.

I visited in search of some missing hardware for some furniture, and they had exactly what I needed. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and helped make sure I got the right hardware. Highly recommended!
