The hardware store is the best and is friendly to your pocket! I heard from an associate of mine that the products from that hardware store are really good. So I bought lots of good and did DIY videos. I attempted to use an adhesive for the bathroom. The easier part was removing the molded grout with the scraper. Squeezing the new grout was the mission of the day. I really enjoy the convenience of the store location if you are a Belmont resident, and DIY moments when the super isn’t around can really empower you. The store owner and associates can help you! A quick tip and a pic of your issue will speed up the service!

This hardware store delivers the best products for your home! The items are pocket-friendly (doesn’t hurt your wallet) and if you live in the Belmont-Arthur Ave community, it is a convenient walk there! Sometimes the super doesn’t have time to fix the whole building, so you guys have the power to DIY. It’s amazing to have great handy skills! The store owners and guys there are friendly and give you suggestions and short tips on how to use and what to use. Showing a pic of the broken part of your home or the item you need will really help the store help you. Cheers!

I went here to get three key made. At first the owner was polite and the prices was high. But I paid it anyways. I left the store and tried to use the newly made keys and noticed all of them was too big. They did not fit. I returned and the owner filed the keys more. I tried the keys again and again they did not fit. Since it was late and I had to work I decided to come back on Sunday. I returned on Sunday and told the guy the keys still did not fit. He did not believe me so I showed him the pictures I took. He got an attitude with me when I requested a refund and snatch my receipt out of my hands. Not only was he rude he did not give me a full refund- I’m assuming that’s why he snatched the receipt. I left and will never return. This store abuses the fact they are the only local hardware store.

I had previously reveiwed this store as reasonably priced and having everything I needed when I shopped there but I recently had a bad experience that convinced me never to shop there again. I needed to hang a piece of art. I bought 2 picture hanging kits that I discovered were very cheaply made and could not handle the weight of my piece. Big mistake because the piece almost fell and would have surely been destoyed. I brought the kits back and only wanted my money back and have moved on but they played the act that it was my fault. The owner tried to bend the twisted hangers back into place with a pair of scissors to show me that they were worth trying to salvage. I was embarrassed for him. These kits cost $2 a piece. I couldn't believe that the refund of $4 was worth losing a local customer over. I will never shop there again.
