I wanted to buy some screws and bolts for my table. I had lost them during my move. The helpers in the store were excellent and gave me great advice as I was looking for the right size and the shape. The next time I went there, I wanted to make copies of my keys. Rather than having a key making machine, they had an actual human key maker. The gentleman made excellent copies in a matter of minutes. When we had trouble with 1 key, they made a replacement key for no charge. Highly recommended for your home needs!

A bit disappointed with this store. My issue isn’t with their hardware selection—it’s with how they’ve handled the newly added trading cards. I spoke with the manager for about 20–30 minutes, discussing upcoming sets I was interested in, including the Prismatic Evolution boxes. During that conversation, he told me he’d notify me when shipments came in and assured me they’d implement a fair system to prevent a single person from buying out all the stock. This approach really impressed me and got me excited to shop locally. Unfortunately, weeks passed without any updates. When I finally called to check in, I found out the stock had already arrived—and had been sold entirely to one person. It was especially surprising when I was told I was one of the “priority” names on the list. I understand how chaotic the trading card market can be, but I was disappointed that the store didn’t follow through on what felt like a fair and personal approach. I thought they’d handle it differently than the big-box stores, but in the end, it felt like more of the same

My son and I drove an hour and a half to come here, I'm so very pleased I did. The customer service was out if this world!! The gentleman that helped us was top notch, and he deserves a big fat raise just because of the service he gives!! I got the small town family owned vibe, which i loved!! I'm very happy with the smoker (they had in stock and why we drove so far) I got my son for his birthday! I highly recommend the Bethel CT Ace Hardware for those in the area, you will not be disappointed!! It was worth the drive for me!! Thanks again to all that helped my son and I especially knowing it was close to closing time!! YOU ALL WERE SO WONDERFUL!!! Thanks again

I purchased a new Weber grill from the Bethel location and was very pleased with the service given me by Ryan! He is knowledgeable and very accommodating. The grill came newly assembled, with delivery added and take away of my old grill. When it was delivered I received a tutorial on how to use it and they actually brought a full propane tank in order to test it, which I happily purchased. Full Service!! 👍👍👍👍
