This place is actually huge on the inside there’s a variety of everything you need from tools to paint, kitchen, electrical, gardening and so much more home care stuff. There’s no return on tool which makes sense. And it gets chaotic in store, I can tell this is many people’s go to place for everything. Sometimes it’s takes a while to get help from the worker cause there’s so many people but workers are quick and efficient on helping you showing you where it is in the store

They just cut to additional keys for my Medeco lock. This place is one of two locksmiths that I found that cut these keys accurately the first time at a reasonable price, $7 per key.

WARNING!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! All sales are final, any item, tool, component, etc are final. Any sort of policy they have on returns is only in store credit. This is a huge problem if you purchase the wrong item or an item that doesn’t work for what you need. Please go to Mazzone Ace hardware further down court street. They even have customer memberships, which is great if you lose your receipt. They can even reprint old receipts if you need. Also the people at Mazzone ace hardware are nicer, more helpful, and always willing to try and help you find a solution.

They do not allow refunds. I was told I can not return an item that was opened, but there is clearly no way to try it without opening it. This is why I will buy from Amazon instead of Bruno’s Hardware from now on. People are trying to shop a small local business and it’s just not worth dealing with the attitudes from the register girl and outdated policies. Amazon wins again, sad.
